Q: WHY HAS MY PAYMENT FAILED?
Our online payment system is via stripe and they accept all major cards. If you are having trouble we suggest contacting your bank and checking with them for any reason it would fail. You can also contact us using the contact form or via email: firstname.lastname@example.org. We will endeavour to find out for you the reason of failed payment.
Q: WILL THIS GARMENT FIT?
A lot of our designs are oversized for a comfier fit and are designed to fit a range of body sizes. Please check the composition of the item for more helpful information, as well as our two sizing options which are explained over on our sizing page. If you are still uncertain however please do not hesitate to get in touch for more specific questions either via contact form or email: email@example.com.
Q: THE ITEM I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK, WILL YOU BE RESTOCKING?
We do restock regularly so it's always worth enquiring about a specific style that you're interested in. Contact us via contact form or email: firstname.lastname@example.org with the name and/or colour of the item and we will be sure to let you know.
Q: MY GARMENT HAS PILLED, IS IT FAULTY?
No! Pilling is just a natural characteristic of the cashmere fibre. It doesn't mean it is poor quality or that it is faulty, all cashmere will pill. They can easily be removed by lightly picking them off or using a special cashmere comb.
Q: CAN I WASH MY GARMENT?
We recommend dry cleaning your item but if you are familiar with cashmere and would like to wash it yourself we recommend to hand wash your garment in lukewarm water using cashmere and wool detergent. Rinse the garment in clean water without wringing or twisting but by applying pressure. Once washed, lay flat to dry while re-shaping the garment. Once dry, gently steam iron from the inside out.
Q: HOW SHOULD I STORE MY GARMENT?
Hanging your garment will stretch and de-shape it, instead store folded and use moth repellants like lavender or cedarwood.
