Items must be returned within 14 working days once received to be eligible for return. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
Items bought on sale or under promotion are not eligible for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unwashed merchandise, in the same condition you received it, with the original tags attached. Items that do not meet this criteria and the time limit are non-returnable.
We can not offer refunds for problems relating to wash care, as naturally there is no proof that garments have been washed according to care instructions. We also do not offer refunds relating to natural shrinkage of garments during washing.
How to Return
Please enclose your order number and name inside the returns package.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item, and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
We can only exchange items of the same price. If you need to exchange for a different item, you will need to pay the difference. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org we will endeavour to complete your requests.
To return your product, you should mail your product to:
67 Gloucester place, W1U 8JL. London. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless in the unlikely event of a faulty item. We strongly recommend that you send your return parcel via a trackable delivery service such as Recorded or Signed For Delivery, as all responsibility for the safe delivery of returned items lies with the customer.
