Our company is both run and lead by a group of talented and experienced women. From the creative team in London to the craftsmen in our two factories in Mongolia, our dedicated team of skilled workers have an average of 20 years of experience in producing the highest quality knitwear.
Colour & Yarn Experts
In our processing and knitting factories we have a number of female craftsman running our production chain. The experst in our colour lab have unique knowledge and experience in the craft of dyeing raw cashmere. Ones the cashmere has been dyed it is on to the spinning. Our yarn experts know everything there is to know about gauges (thicknesses) and spinning of yarn.
Programmers &
Technicians
Our programmers are the ones who make creative ideas into technical reality. They are responsible for the computerized part of the knitting process and work closely with our thoroughly trained knit technicians who operate the high-tech knitting machines.
Finishing
Once the garment has been knit it is assembled (if not seemlessly knit) and needs some final finishing touches by our linking and finishing knitters.
