Almost 80% of our factory workers are women and we are constantly training new talents to add to our talented team.
Handwork
All our hand work, such as embroidery and crochet is done by local Mongolian women. Regardless of previous experience they are trained in the craft at the factory and can then do the work from home, giving them
flexibility and extra income for their families.
